...uses cheap word like ch#tiya , haramkhor, lallu, bc 3. HR expects to complete 9.30 hours daily 4. Every policy is against employees. It was a nightmare for me please do a well research before joing any company in noida.

Work culture could be more flexible, Work pressure could be improved by providing other activities, Job training would be provided for new joiners

...ts which enhanced your knowledge a lot. Supportive team member & ready to help Salary comes on time and 5 days working company. CEO of the company is a technical guy, have better understanding of issues and available all the time when required.

Sometimes it becomes hectic due to unplanned delivery from client. If you don't worth and not ready to deliver then you will be layoff on immediate basis.

The company provides you opportunities to learn the latest technology and encourages you to do good work. Since the company has vast experience in the healthcare domain, there is a lot you can learn in the healthcare domain. One can easily enhance their technical knowledge under the guidance of the managers and team lead.
