... name of COVID employees are put on sabbatical they are paid on hourly basis ... and thats not end there the salary for that you will get after 4-5 mnths that is also not sure ... as when i am writing this review on 25/02/2021 my October salary is not disbursed and conyenace are pending for whole last year ... Worst policy i have every seen in any org all are in favour of management and management always follow policy which benifit them n they can also do such things which are not in policy but you can’t . All MS Parul gola , Mr kumar SV all are cheat and liars.. And all the good reviews on glassdoor and all website are scripted whose script is prepared by MS PARUL GOLA

...so after unlock, work pressure is high, we are being paid on hourly rate basis. Also at the moment our salary is being delayed by 3 months and is still pending.

Dislikes

Other than clientele, nothing else is likable. None of the employment clause is favourable to employee. And company is always in finance crisis. Reimbursement are pending since march.

...their another vertical 'HUE Canvas'. They people are not the man of their words. You'll be offered and confirmed with different salary at the time of HR interview and later they'll give you a appointment letter for reduced salary. Furthermore, they have very pathetic reimbursement of policy. They start processing your reimbursement only after the completion of two months from the date of expense and won't tell you about this at the HR induction or interview. Only a good thing you'll find here is your project managers but they have their limitations too and they can't help you to sort all above, just because these things are driven only through top mngmt. of planning & coordination cell. So be aware before joining.
