In short its a hell and company condition have turned even more worse after COVID or you can say this company is among those who are taking unusual advantage in the name of COVID employees are put on sabbatical they are paid on hourly basis ... and thats not end there the salary for that you will get after 4-5 mnths that is also notsure ... as when i am writing this review on 25/02/2021 my October salary is not disbursed and conyenace are pending for whole last year ... Worst policy i have every seen in any org all are in favour of management and management always follow policy which benifit them n they can also do such things which are not in policy but you can’t . All MS Parul gola , Mr kumar SV all are cheat and liars.. And all the good reviews on glassdoor and all website are scripted whose script is prepared by MS PARUL GOLA...Read More

Unlike many other companies, employees were not removed from the company, however were given unpaid leaves for 2 month during lockdown, without any financial support. Also after unlock, work pressure is high, we are being paid on hourly rate basis. Also at the moment our salary is being delayed by 3 months and is still pending.

Dislikes

Other than clientele, nothing else is likable. None of the employment clause is favourable to employee. And company is always in finance crisis. Reimbursement are pending since march.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
