Lack of resources due to cost cutting exercises. No direction as department does not fit within overall business. High turnover and management slow to recruit.

...mmediate Manager. Only he has contact to other teams ex: cab, payroll, pf etc. No employee benefits like sodexo, yearly bonus, onsite except medical insurance. This is what I observed in my one month from joining.

Well if you are a fresher then its ok else not a place where you can seek a lot of learning etc. Company does not like to spend in employee engagement no such fun. Also not much learning.

Salary Hike is pathetic you would only get might be 5% the max and 2.5% as a trend. No bonus nothing.

Work friendly company, will not feel stressed, opportunities open for career growth, trainings for personal & career development of employees. Very supportive for married ladies. Cab facility with security.
