Lack of resources due to cost cutting exercises. No direction as department does not fit within overall business. High turnover and management slow to recruit.

Dislikes

Disorganization, low salaries, not appreciating employers, no opportunities to progress, no benefits, lots of irresponsible management, chaos.

Its a great company to work with. The exposure you get is huge. The work life balance is awesome.

Nothing much, but yes, they should start giving better pay, at least as par with the industry standards if not more

...mmediate Manager. Only he has contact to other teams ex: cab, payroll, pf etc. No employee benefits like sodexo, yearly bonus, onsite except medical insurance. This is what I observed in my one month from joining.

...this company for 4.8 years and have seen very less opportunity to grow up here.. and now company is moving from Indore to vizag and they are not giving anything (No salary increment and no promotion) to their old employees like me who have given 200% to this company and they are asking me to move from Indore to vizag with same salary and same position. How could I go there and what is my future almost after 5 years. I am mentally very stressed for my job.. I will have to find a new job in Indore. My 5 years of dedication and hard work was just wasted.

Movement of the company from Indore to vizag and asked team leader to go there with same salary and position.

It's Freedom free culture nice to work as it gives 5 days working and also the other company parties on special occasions.

Dislikes

Very much disappointing that after completion of 1.5 year still company not given any increament on salary.
