One area where Xero Degrees falls short is in its salary and promotion structure. Specifically, the compensation package is underwhelming, with a monthly salary of ₹12,000 for a demanding 10-hour shift. Furthermore, the overtime pay for an additional 2 hours of work is meager. To make matters worse, male candidates seem to face significant barriers when it comes to promotions and salary increments. It's a concern that warrants attention and improvement.

The company is very good and the environment is very good.

...re is only one problem that the company is not at all responsible for its staff. They do not try to find out why a particular staff is looking for another job, the salary package is very low and the problems of the staff are not understood. Along with skill development, the problems of the staff should be heard and solutions should be provided rather than just listening to them.

no job security , uncertainty of salary date , unprofessionalism , worst office timings , no work life balance , rude and bad behaviour of owner also disrespectful, always asking money for any random party, favouritism, unhygienic washroom and kitchen, no holidays and will ask you to come to office even on major holidays like diwali .

There is hell of mismanagement from owner to HR... Simply rubbish.. If there is any opening they will appoint to other wise they will throw you like a football without any written notice period and without... And lot of favouritism. And there is only 2 week of in a month that is ridiculous...

Area manager are supporting, but frenchise owner not good behavior with manager and team. Xerobdegrees company owners are good persons. Support to all staff but management unhealthy, like Unnessory whatsApp group, there one outlet manager report to three area manager 😅😅😅 superb job.
