I want to hand them over to the police but the company owners and top management has escaped

Dislikes

I didn't like anything. They didn't pay salary and did not contribute PF for more than 1 year. I worked for more than 13-14 hours a day without extra pay.

... are very good.we have tremendous career growth as we get to learn lot f things.Also the Salary is best in the industry.Work Environment here is great.Also there is good work-life balance as it is 5 day week job and yearly there is an off-site where we have good time meeting all India staff,Team Building activities and parties.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
