Worst company i have joined in my career till now. Not provide salary on time in any month, they provide salary at the end of the next month. At any moment they terminate employee without any information or notice. Even after terminating they deduct the full and final amount by unapprove your leaves while you have many leaves in your account. Do not join this company if you dont want to waste your precious time.

The new hr don't know anything. She terminate employee for no use as well as don't take stand for employees infront of management. Blame the management for all the things. English communication is 0

The best thing about Xenelsoft is its management. The cooperation from their side and the excellent work culture makes more secure to work. Also it is 5 days working so this is also a benefit for any employee who wants to have work life balance.
