There is no job security , worst compensation . Even they cut salary during lockdown. You have to present 300 hours per month on office even if you don't have any work.

There is no guarantee for job they will fire you in one day without any reason and if you are a fresher they will ask to do some other works, much disappointed here!!

Literally run by the CEO's family. This oraganiation is the worst. The CEO's wife, brother in law are by far the worst people who boss people around and they are unqualified.

The fact that working here made all other problems look miniscule. Gave me the belief that if I can survive this toxic environment, I can handle any problem in life.

Work culture is very toxic, no professional development just loads of office politics. To be very honest, a few years back there were good projects. But none of their clients come back, because Xelp manages to make a good first impression but sooner or later the reality becomes very apparent. No one wants to stay connected to this organization for long, be it clients or employees, mainly because there's no real value, just hollow promises. Now they make 15 proposals a month and are unable to bag even 1. It's quite sad.

Company is very good buy thr work pressure in company is very high , sometimes I have to 12 hours and also work from home in night.
