The Banking and Digital projects in this company are a SCAM. The CDO Rajat and CTO are FRIENDS who are more interested in protecting each other than delivering successful projects. The CDO is non-technical and has no business being in a Leadership role. The CTO is incompetent and blames his mistakes on everyone else. He runs away from projects when they get challenging, and many customers complained regarding his code quality. I joined this company for Technical Growth, but found only FRAUD consultancy selling people. There is NO LEADERSHIP. The company is headed for DISASTER. DON'T JOIN.

- Salary is good , but very client centric company . - Your manager will make you fill work culture surveys standing behind you and watching. - They even explicitly ask their employees to fill in all sort of false info so they get awards !

Dislikes

- very client centric company, if the client is good you’re good, else you will be fired the moment client pulls out ! - overall culture is toxic . - they will only hire immediate joiners with np less than 30 days promoting offer shopping. - If you wish to leave the company they will withhold your salary and make you yo serve 3 months , and if you’re client releases you then you’ll be laid off the very same day .

If you are in project you will be secure and relaxed Good compensation Very less variable pay

If you out of project either you need to crack the interviews within one month. Else they will put the pressure on us. Finally we will think of moving out from the conpany

...mpany to work. No job security. Company fires employees as soon as project ends. They don't have funds to pay 1 month salary on bench. They don't have any good clients, only few short term projects. All of there positive reviews are by HR only.

No job security for new joiner and with in 10days they will expect the person should like a rocket and many of the jobs are client deployment. Even if you work with clients, client rejects you then you have to leave the organisation as there's is no bench concept here but if ask ask while joining before they will say we have bench concept.
