...doesn't address issues. Team managers don't know the meaning of professionalism. On work premises they use abusive language on employees and daily extent of shift by 1-2 hours doesn't pay any single penny for extended hours, after the leaving the organisation according to their company policy they release your salary fnf settlement after 45 days but they don't abide by their own company policy. After 70 days we need to remind the payroll department to release the salary.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dosent address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Number 1 company in not paying salary , incentive and OT amount. Not a single Indian holidays .Only 1 holiday per year. (US holiday in this also they threaten you to work or lose job)

No help from them. In this time they are even not bothering you're problem they are not giving even basic pay out to people people are working whole night but 1 k 2 k salary in the name of that they havent achieved targets. I feel there should be basic pay out to employees who all are at least working with you. You're operations are taking place because of you're employees who all are taking initiative and working from home in this time taking systems on rent and working. But they don't value of that. One of the pathetic company ever I work with.

In covid19 lockdown they have started paying on target . There was no basic payout.

The only good part is the place where XDBS is that is world trade center

I dislike everything about xdbs. Low salary. Poor appraisals. No work life balance, its always work. Terrible management because they dont have any work planning. Terrible food, absolutely tasteless. Worst promotion hierarcy.
