The only good part is the place where XDBS is that is world trade center

Dislikes

I dislike everything about xdbs. Low salary. Poor appraisals. No work life balance, its always work. Terrible management because they dont have any work planning. Terrible food, absolutely tasteless. Worst promotion hierarcy.

There is not even one thing good to talk about organisation

Dislikes

...doesn't address issues. Team managers don't know the meaning of professionalism. On work premises they use abusive language on employees and daily extent of shift by 1-2 hours doesn't pay any single penny for extended hours, after the leaving the organisation according to their company policy they release your salary fnf settlement after 45 days but they don't abide by their own company policy. After 70 days we need to remind the payroll department to release the salary.

Everything from Team leaders to the security staff , everyone is rude as hell one day your shift will change without further notice and as a woman you are forced to travel in night or during dark hours like 4 am shit management have heads in each other arses don’t have work ethics very disappointed and very toxic environment

...ience, no respect of employees. Managers use bad words and insuls you everytime. Make sure if you are getting less salary in other companies go for it atleast you will get peaceful environment. XDBD is just hell.
