- In bond policy give (Salary * 3 = amount value) Check. - 3 months probation period.( In this take original certificate) - 2 months notice period. - sandwich leave policy. - In probation period 6 days working. - Total 18 paid leave ( 12 planning + 6 sick). - 1.5 leave per month. - Not provide menstrual leave. - After probation period complete you are eligible for alternate saturday off. - 1st,3rd,5th saturday off & 2nd,4th saturday working. - In the 5 days week atleast 2.5 days attendance required otherwise your salary is deducted. - In the 6 days week atleast 3 days attendance required otherwise your salary is deducted.

Not good for employees.policy not better.mentaly harrasment.salary not sure on time. 12 date to credited salary of Saturday or Sunday on 12 t they credited next day almost next 15 day late credited salary on yr account. If u login after 10.30 they consider half day
