New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

... positive review with a better remark apart from their company core members... I worked with them for 2 months and they deducted my last month's salary saying that you haven't given us a notice period and it was mot discussed earlier in the induction. They never paid my expenses and the pending amount which was mere less than 2000, I haven't got it for the past 13 months now. They say it takes time to process foreclosure.. Seriously, 13 months? I have always been a sincere and working employee to them and this what they pay me with! Now, I have submitted a lawsuit against them for which they will be paying very soon. Highly recommended.. don't get into their sales sh**. Kindly, find a better job. These Gujrati people only know how to earn, not how to lay their employees. Being an educated person, I felt my responsibility to make you guys aware about a fraud, so here is one.

Company culture is light and relaxed work culture not like other big pharmaceutical companies. Working in small company is way better then big companies. Seniors are very good and supportive.
