This is how my day in XcelPros looks like. Starting with Team Collaboration as my job is associated with various departments in the company. Clear education on what's need to be done and at what time. the co-workers carry the enthusiasm to keep moving the tasks. Lead by reasonable and responsible seniors who brings out the best in me and teaching me to work with new methods and tools. It's continuous learning and development in my workday. In this time of Pandemic Company has given us the privilege to work from home and is supporting to the maximum in making this establishment a successful one considering safety and productivity. It;s a good feeling that I get the chance to give suggestions and they are considered and corrected making me more competent. The work policy here is good, I have the flexibility at times.

First things Xcelpros is USA based startup company and I have worked for its Bangalore based branch. From Xcelpros I have started my corporate career and for me it's really a good organisation. Everyone is supportive and the work culture is really great, you will feel as a family.

Excepting one o two, others are all spoons of Management. I wil not agree for any one to join

There is no job security. Management one day appreciates your work, very next day, they will ask you to leave. 2 months notice period in agreement is just on paper, you can be fired any moment. Work from home is another eye wash, there is no work life balance as you are never given a holiday or you reach home on time any day.
