PF will be deducted from your salary but never get credited. they are handeling multiple companies like my flight search, fiercehound usa llc. stay away and be happy

Everything. I never got my salary on time, It's been 4 months still my FMF is not clear, They deduct PF every month but never submit in my PF account. No body reply on emails, if you send msg on whatsapp they will block your number and that's what CEO of the company Neha Gulati do.

Company do not pay salaries on time. Un-explained deductions in salary. Management sits in US and you do not have any email access on your workstation. Not even a official mails due to which you cannot even contact the Management directly. If you want to talk to someone its through call which they never answer. They are running a fraud travel agency. They rob the clients first and then they rob there own employees. I left the company a year back due to non-payment of salary and incentives and haven´t received any experience letter. I email them multiple time but no revert from the accounts team. There account team sits in Gurgaon and they do not have any answers to the non payment or deductions on your salary. Recently account team agent was attacked by a fellow agent due to non payment of incentives. Overall experience is pathetic do not give them people to work they exploit there own agents who do night shift and bring business for them

It is totally a fraud company. They will not pay your salary on time also unnecessary deduction from your actual salary and will never pay your incentive and will create pressure to achieve the target and that is not paid for. You will get your salary ever month after 25th . This is not the good company at all to. work with.

...any default". The environment which she had created was definitely not friendly. No bonus, no leaves on festivals like Diwali etc even we were supposed to get our salary by end of the month but it came after 2 months. I was literally regretting working there specially during Diwali. I hope Neha Gulati make change in the company's policy.
