...mpany cares for its employees, you get a sense of belongingness in this company. During the pandemic the management was really supporting, we even got a bonus of rupee 10000 to buy comfortable chair or have better internet connection etc. Glad to be a part of this company.

Really good place to start your career with. You'd not feel like you're stuck at some deadend job that sucks The time I spent here was quite good, we had lot of fun Even the seniors are quite helpful Our managers and VP use to engage in fun activities with us.

Salary is a bit low for freshers others no drawback

The over-all environment, colleague, manager's, everyone is so helping and really cool in nature. I adapted here very fast , the working experience is really really great, i loved working in xceedance, it totally changes my opinion of corporate world.

Nothing as such to dislike in this place. But yeah, the package offered may sometimes are not charming enough for freshers.

The worklife at xceedance is really good...my team mates are very supportive and the best thing is the shift timings are flexible...u can choose your timings as per your own convenience i.e b/w 9am - 9pm...

Salary package for fresher is lil low...but for exprienced one they give a good hike(as per your inteview)

I like regular traning sessions and awareness to make employees up to mark. Work pressure is good and you feel good about that if you are workaholic. Environment is good and people are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes and we need to work exrmtra for completing the target. We need to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late too. I do receive appreciations from client but that mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is on job training for freshers, hence senior members like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
