I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.

Seniors dont ping after working hours. You are assigned with limited work per day. Xceedance did not lay off any employee during covid-19 also, we got timely increments and bonus

Salary structure is not at par with the other firms.

Likes

Few teams are very much micro managed. Favouritism and aggressiveness is common here by business uint head. C level management is doing their best to keep the culture good but BU heads are keeping up with good spirits.

Dislikes

Pay is not on par with industry. Learning curve is not soo great. The moment resigned , treatment changes right from HR to your immediate manager.

You are always valued here...your compensation is always decent...good appraisals and growth is always there

For me, it's traveling time. Rest is all good. they give decent compensation..work load depends on how you handle.

Work culture is good. Perfect company to start your career with. Compensation is also fair.

Dislikes

...portunities are limited to Insurance sector only. Otherwise everything was good. Slow growth in terms of compensation although promotions are too good.
