No job security, No need to work hard just need to always communicat with management, they don't have value of your hard work. No bantch police. Suggestions don't spoil your career with Xcaliber Infotech.

As a fresher they gave me the opptunity and resopnsibility. Freshers are given chance to prove their calibre.

...s. People are not appreciated for their work. Documentation is hardly ever done. Salary is cut if you come in late.

Working atmosphere is quite good. Seniors found more interactive and supportive. Hybrid work days. Allows Work from for genuine cases.

Delay in salaries sometime. Sometimes need to extend working hours in case of deployments. Or for client call. Late for appraisal

Bad company.. but full job security .. one word for the company family (literally). Only family get paid well. If you join don't argue with family members 😉

Very bad company. If you are not related with management don't join. For some people shift time are flexible(only more than normal not less)
