It sucks the director asked me to be ok with a lower pay because my husband earns well. This is hypocrisy of educational institutions.

No system and management. It works according to the whims and fancies of the people. I was given an offer and they slept over it.

Not good place to work. Very high on politICS, Yiu will be transferred, demoted, and even salary reduced without any reason or hearing the other side. Just a very bad place to work

No proper process, doesn't approve of anyone implementing any process, the management of xime should actually take their own courses first. It's that bad

I like job security. The job culture is poor

In XIME work culture is not good. No promotion especially for staff. Promotion only for faculty. For post graduate staff and graduate staff there treat as there wish . No value for education

Nothing at all. Made a mistake applying.

lack of mutual respect, prejudiced, hypocrites, cynical. they fail to tap potential and are judgmental in their approach. no wonder why staff attrition is high except for women from a particular community and state.
