If i could give xapds more than 5 start, i would. the work culture is here is incredibale and something you won't find someone else compnay. its all about just because we have best HR and management in the industry.

I would say you will give a salary hike on time but need to give a promotion too as per skills after some time employees spend time on company.

...r more than 5 years I can vouch that it is one of the best companies these days. At par in salary and work culture is at next level. All good.

Nothing I dislike but there are always things to improve but I can not recall one to be disliked.

I have being part of Xapads Media for 4 years, and throughout this journey, I have yet to find anything to dislike about the company.
