बहुत सारी राजनीति है और प्रबंधन हमारे मुद्दों का समाधान नहीं करता है। वेतन अच्छा है लेकिन करियर ग्रोथ धीमी है। 2 साल का एक बांड है जिसके पहले आप इस्तीफा नहीं दे सकते। नौकरी पर नए कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षण नहीं दिया जाता है।
