Preet the manager has cheated us. She is HR here, she had lied to people about salary and got us into this place she told us 35 - 50k as salary however we only got offer of 20 to 25. I have 3 months experience my previous salary was 15k and she promised me 50k however i only got 25k. The managers here beat with belt, woman are not allowed in traditional dress and are required to wear mini skirts. Preet takes blank cheque from employees and gives it to management. She is in bed with management. Pls do not listen to preet she will cheat u on pretext of job and get you to your purse. The office has no ac, they only have bench to sit. No one can sit on bench for 8 hours. No tea or coffee served, only 10 minutes lunch break, only one time u can use the toilet, the toilet are not cleaned for months. I have heard they charge for tea and coffee at the end of month, u will be asked to sign some register. The office infrastructure is very poor, the light and fan can fall on u, employees told us lot of accident happens here. No one cleans the office, for switching fan also permission is needed. I saw a old man roaming around with beard and I think he was the manager or owner, is uneducated and has no work, just roams whole day in that shifty office. He was smelling so bad I think because of beedi and whole day chewing gutta and spitting on same floor. U are sweating whole day coz of no fan or ac. All of us tried to work there but could not work. Training manager ankit was only passing time, has no knowledge I think some pahadi guy who has never seen school also. Overall wasted my 2 days, and I am sure they won't pay for 2 days, anyways I demand my 1 month salary to preet she say she will get job in other company and made us leave. One of the employee was hit by watchman by stick for not coming back from lunch on time.

First of all preet the HR is corrupt. She makes ppl pay for food, drinks etc. She collects money from people and does false promise. This company has very poor office has no toilet, I being woman have to go to nearby jungle for toilet. Shift timing is from 7 AM to 10 PM almost 15 hours. For water one glass drinking 50 rs for tea 35 rs and for coffee 45 rs is asked. They also ask telecaller to do calls, I have not seen any organizations that ask telecaller for calls, if I am in office I am giving my valuable time to organization that is enough, but no here they will ask for calls, preet told us just come to office that is enough but this place oh my God they ask u to work, some target and calling and all. Do not join this place cos they will ask u to work. The management is worst they think if they pay 600 employees on time means they are big people, no sir u r big cos there are ppl like us who come there. You cannot demand employees to work, u shld accept the fact that we do favor by coming to office everyday. Kaam Hua toh theek, woh aapka luck hai. This office has no ac, no fan, no light, no internet not even office Boys, we have to eat own food, warm own food, bring own tea coffee water etc, the management should have atleast 1 attendant for every 5 employee and feed them every hour. Preet also told me rich ppl only work here, but not even a single boy was from rich family, no one comes in car, what's the use. Pls close this stupid office, No employee works for money, incentive and all, employees need fun and relax. Pls allow all employee to sleep for 2 hours in afternoon give them 3 one hour break and find good standard people. Or else close office.

It is a fraud company.They cheat with the employees.When they take the interview they tell us that you will be getting 10,000/- salary and plus incentive extra for per activation.So the day when the salary was distributed we did not got the full amount.We got only by the activation.Some got 2,000 some got 1,000 and some did not get anything.So the thing is if they said that your salary will be 10,000/- so have they done this type of thing?It is not fair for the employees.And from the Delhi Department there is a Man who seems to be the Head of the Delhi Department is very arogant,screams loudly and also uses abusive languages to the employees.They did not gave us the computer to operate in the first month so that the job can be done more efficiently.They told us to use our Mobile phones to use the company site.And every time there is a problem with the Dailer.It gets disconnected,hangs for a while,so while this the wrap time extends and if the customer blocks the number of the company so we are told to call from our personel number and we are also forced to open the Demat account of our friends and family members so that we can achive the target.We have been pressured for this process that the activation should be more then 10 per day.They had come with the various schemes to fool the employees that we are giving incentives per activation.The Team Manager himself does not know anything of this process.No proper traininng was provided for us in the first week. So I only hope that please be aware of such companies Please do not get traped in this bogus company.

No this is a fraud company... This company not deserve a one star . Major role play to spoil the future of the new generation.. Today 7 month completed of my resign but this company not gave my f&f amount...

This company not gave my 1.5 month salary today 6 month completed of my resign before 1.5 month of lockdown i gave a resign in this company due to salary issue and do fraud work collecte the bank details of the shopkeepers and sell this information in other market
