No , nothing for better future don't joining this company. It is kind of scam.

Dislikes

Company culture very bad. No scope of future..they making false promises while joining, hr don't know their role , salary not on time, you have to beg for your salary every month.

...o job security, no quality gifts in Diwali, no bonus in form of money in Diwali. Even Overseas , during Christmas many companies pay a couple of Months salary as bonus or at least a month salary as bonus to employees. They(Companies) even completely sponsor family vacation of their employees. They even provide profit share to their employees. Employees are trained on handling pressure situations, they are trained to become more skillful , motivated to do best work , trained to gain more and latest knowledge and become best team players. All this was lacking. In festival times money is a necessity. If any company provides bonus , for example ; 3 months salary as bonus, any employee would be more than happy to work there excellently. Even salary was not as per the standards. They told me , since I am jobless , they will pay only ...... (I do not wish to specify the amount). I had to leave the previous job due to medical emergency at home . Inspite of bringing this to the notice they didn't even care about it and the years of expertise and experience I had into technology .There is no vacation trip for days or even a nice five star lunch or dinner trip arranged at all. They didn't provide us with any shopping gift vouchers . Many a times there were no toilet papers in the washroom... Compromising hygiene and toilet seats all wet. Inspite of bringing this to notice of Admin they said they are sorry and that the company cannot afford so many toilet paper rolls and that they had decided on some number of rolls to be used per day.

Worst and third class company.every thing is bad.

Dislikes

salaries are consistently delayed,causing financial stress. There are significant problems with salary increments,which are either minimal or not provided at all. The management is ineffective,lacking leadership and communication skills. senior employee exhibit unprofessional behavior,creating a negative work environment. The owner approach further contributes to a demotivating workplace. project rely on outdated technology,hampering innovation and professional growth.
