You won't be able to have a growth on this company and honestly to say there is no proper guidance and no proper unity, no proper command, and no job security, worst staff, and things are not so... Well organised

Secure job as well as the team is very co-operative and like family. Learning opportunities and provided a free hand to learn and practical new things.

A very good support of senior management, however some most trusted people always use their brains to change view of the management in some decision makings. Otherwise the environment is completely like family.

Overall, working in the company was comfortable. Work pressure was the only factor that I disliked as I had to work long hours. But that too I liked as the job was interesting and rewarding too.
