Nothing to like about the company and its work ethics

...Hire people from non real estate background and post that no time to understand. Salary is not in time Incentives are not paid. U can be told to work at any place in Mumbai FnF delayed. Travel allowance not paid on time.

...ople are very young and engergetic, a freshers learns a lot working with Xanadu. However, sometimes salary is delayed, but they inform 1 day prior. They provide Company Cabs for visits, also if a person stays upto 8 PM at office, Cab is provide to reach home

Dislikes

No work life balance, many times even week Offs are canceled people have to work 15-20 days straight. Delay in salaries.

Slick image created on social media and PR image Head Office in co-working space with little or no monitoring- low supervision.

...ng salaries for many months in 2022. Now they give on 20th of the next month. 4. Promise 20% as variable pay but HAVE NOT given this to employees for last 4 years. 5. Only way to survive in the company is to s*&% up to senior management and be hand-in-glove with malpractices which are overlooked if you are on their right side. And if you raise your voice you will be OUT in no time. 6. Company is building a slick image maybe to get funding and over-active on social media but reality of the ground is very different. JOIN THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

...s. No FNF policy Tax deduction every month but dey will not pay to government. 2 mnths salary not paid and 1 mnth salary i have to give in tax complete loss.

The company was doing well till mid 2021 but many experienced and amazing resources left for other opportunities due to lack of incentives which were not paid for 2 years and no scope of promotion.

Dislikes

...ations keep changing monthly. The HR is unresponsive, lethargic and inefficient. Eg- my salary for 23days was cut because the HR made an error confusing my name with another person and when tried contacting them there was no response. Finally the due amount was paid after 3 long months. There is still one months salary pending since the time covid started which the CEO keeps promising will be paid but has never come.
