Like to aware nukari.com and other job seekers to do not apply or try to join Xalta, very terrible, selfish people,no job security no salary delay for 4 months. If you can survive then ok otherwise they dont care. If you do job change forget about your pending salary. No PF ESI TDS submitted by them to government wheras they deduct it from your salary.

...s Pvt Ltd is not good company because as per company condition 12 hours working. Biggest issue salary due to company not provide the timely salary. November months salary received January half month received.

Working is fine & also challenging but the Last Time salary was not credited as time, finally 3 months have pending my balance in company, & than finally company gone bank craft.

Working time you have to do extra 4 HR over time where as you have got extra incentive but it's regular and forcefully you have no choice
