Passion for work is encouraged. You can improve your skill set with minimum interference from management for trying out new things. Everyone works with a single point of focus- growth of the company and its employees.

Not much to say. Even in the darkest of times, the company provides bonuses and increments to keep the employee morale boosted

Job security is really paramount here. If you do your job and have strived to become an important part of your respective work, you need not to fear about losing job ever. I joined this organisation 6 months back and its more like a family now.
