Very bad culture with holding nature of salaries and reimbursement as well always threating nature of superiors regarding job and terminate the job without any notice period where they used to take the bond for minimum 1 year duration to work with them

Unorganised culture never seen in pharma industry where in meetings at HO during lunch ask to eat from yourself money outside and always non working environment provided within 1 or 2 month's after they need Unwanted sales without doing proper work in the field.
