Good work-life balance and Job Security is good as compared to the other companies and the higher management good helpful and encouraging and best experiences with manager till date

Dislikes

As a fresher they allot you team without even asking you in which team would like to the technological stack they offer is very outdated and they are lagging behind in the development of software and they mostly use CMS and most of the time you will be idle without any work which makes your mindset a bit laidback as a fresher not a good company to work for.

I don't like work culture and work hours , HR support worst. Management is very dominating .Even co. provide free food and people taunting who are eating co.'s free food.
