Dislikes

There are many dislikes which are needed to be mentioned for the people who are willing to join in Wurth Elektronik , Mysore. 1.There will be no career growth in Wurth and once you want to switch the job is also very difficult because of the knowledge standards that we gain is very poor, 2. The behaviour of the managers Mr.Venkatesh and Mr.Nagabhushan is too horrible that I guess they are in view that they are the president and Prime minister of India. 3. A point need to be mentioned that one of the so called Manager Mr.Venkatesh who cannot even properly speak English for atleast 5 minutes , is managing the company and i felt ashamed to work under a person like him. 4. Both employees and Managers do not have work-life balance because employees do not have time for enjoying life because of work pressure , on the other hand Managers don't even do any work they come to office just for time pass and to drink coffee and tea, Drinking Coffee is the sole purpose of the so called Manager for coming to office. 5.Internal politics is so horrible that we feel state and central politics are quite better. 6.Empty vessels make more noise is the best suitable quote for the companies like Wuerth elektronik Mysore , because they a good knowledgable and a skilled person will be working and being harassed under a useless managers. 7. The main flaw for the drawback of this company is the M.D. of Wuerth is not concentrating on the treatment to employees by their respective managers , as the manager Mr.Venkatesh is indulged in damaging the company reputation with his egoistic behaviour , as he is in the perception that he is the next managing director. 8. I had left the company in 2021 and i honestly express my situation that it took me around 8-10 months for getting a new job offer and that too even in a different domain , because the domain which i worked in Wuerth is of no use in the outside world. 9. I don't know that i am eligible for advicing or not , but one sincere suggestion to the managing director of wuerth , please focus more on the Mysore branch and please donot completely rely on managers of Mysore branch , otherwise the future of wuerth migth be more job vacancies and least interest among people to join. 10.One final advice to the new joinees , if you don't require great career after switching the job and you only need to earn money only for your day to day necessities, only then go ahead with wuerth , because a person working for around 10 years will be earning around 50k/month currently , so think before you act. 11. Finally the points which i mentioned above are the opinions of myself and many people working in Wuerth Mysore and i don't have grudge on any individual or the manager , it is only my advice to the interseted joinees for Wuerth Mysore...
