...they provide you cab for dropping off after layoff. - Too much mental pressure - Super amazing promotions that you are given additional responsibilty but no pay rise. One line for the organization Log jaye to jaye par Shipra ji na jaye!! The job security in this organization is for Shipra Sharma. The so called pathetic manager and bff of the CEO. Hats off to the people who are sticking around for a decade or more as they are happily adjusted in the toxicity of the organization.

Managers take decisions without discussions on cigtte breaks. They trap new employees with on paper inflated salary packages but do not pay full bonus. They trap people by forcing retention bonus. The F-OR-D account cheats clients by inflating JIRA tickets. They lie and inflate numbers. They force employees to wear formal uniforms and force people to show up in office beyond working hours when clients come to visit. CEO is so afraid of long weekends that in 2022 they ACTUALLY cancelled 15 Aug holiday because it was falling on Monday.

...re orally forced to reschedule. 6. The compensation is highly inflated on paper. They create loopholes and do not pay salaries in good faith. 7. DO NOT FALL for "HYBRID" work culture. They say but do not follow it. They will force you to come to office for no reason. Ultimately HR is incompetent and will leave everything upto your manager.

Company use to be fine pre COVID.

...ep changing policies and trying to steal from people pocket in one way or other. Recently company has started rolling out changes through which they will be able to slash the percentage of salary payout that was promised to many while joining. Company keep employee payout basis business performance where as it is not public or not even shared internally. How come one can know if business is performing well or not but his salary is dependent on it. Recently company came with idea of eating margin from people who would be meeting expectations working through out the year. Leave policy is shab, taking leave is so difficult that you will frustrated why you even joined this company. Hard working policy aka hybrid policy is nothing just telling you that you have to be working from office most of the days in week. They should seriously close this hybrid working and come back to full day, atleast egoistic decision makers. Company Top Leader is not a leader infact just a manager as he work without any communication with employees, support his wrong doings by wrapping under company policies. No communication or interaction with employees, most even won't approve leadership. Top leadership needs a introspection or someone from global should come and start interacting with employees for honest feedback. HR will tell you about Great Working place award which is won through surveys which are filled by selected folks in the company. Internal survey shoes worrysome employee satisfaction ratings which is true picture as company is rolling out questionable policies. HR dept is under useless leadership who is just passing time and working against people. People are called to office on weekends, asked to work from home on weekend. Immense work pressure, if you complaint HR supports manager and you will be checked out basis performance issues.
