This office is run by 4 friends who got lucky with 2 big clients FORD & MICROSOFT. NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY, even if they offer u a good hike coz its clients money they don't know what to do when to do how to do. Your performace hardly matters, u don't need to work hard but should have a good drinking habits so that u could spend urweekends wid ur manager and praise him even if u find him the opposite. Managers take decisions without discussions on cigtte breaks. They trap new employees with on paper inflated salary packages but do not pay full bonus. They trap people by forcing retention bonus. The F-OR-D account cheats clients by inflating JIRA tickets. They lie and inflate numbers. They force employees to wear formal uniforms and force people to show up in office beyond working hours when clients come to visit. CEO is so afraid of long weekends that in 2022 they ACTUALLY cancelled 15 Aug holiday because it was falling on Monday....Read More

1. Terrible HR policies on leaves, titles and compensation. Since talent does not want to stay they illegally take make people sign bonds or take cheques from people at the time of joining. 2. Mediocre and unambitious management and incompetent managers and leads. Leads openly bad mouth women workforce, gender slurs and unhealthy workplace ethics. 3. Poor review cycle and goal settings. They have a very unfair and ambiguous rating system and if they realize people are performing well, they keep shifting the goal posts. 4. They cheat clients by manipulating and forging data. Especially, the Ford account. 5. Follow unfair practices. Employees cannot take claim to all WPP benefits because of incompetent WT Studios' management. For ex: Making Space leaves were postponed/cancelled and people were orally forced to reschedule. 6. The compensation is highly inflated on paper. They create loopholes and do not pay salaries in good faith. 7. DO NOT FALL for "HYBRID" work culture. They say but do not follow it. They will force you to come to office for no reason. Only the infrastructure is good as it is a new dlf constitution , nothing else is good.

Manager and Team leads are worst here. It was my 3rd company and it was my biggest mistake that i accepted their offer letter. There is a TL named "Sirfira" (This name was given to her by the employees) Just because of her, approx 19 resources (Including managerial level employees) left the company within 1 yr.
