Only the part it is one of the WPP company and it has office in WPP Campus, which is very convenient for Gurgaon based employee working for Wunderman Thompson Commerce.

Dislikes

Work Culture especially in HR team , it’s very dominating and monopolistic environment. It becomes toxic even most of the time. No WPP policies are followed for example flexible working or flexibility to work. Leadership/Management team remains on silent mode when it comes to people and culture worst experience.WPP should intervene to gauge people satisfaction/happiness index in HR team. HR Head targets people unnecessarily in her own team on the basis of her insecurities and poor team management skills. She make sure her way or no way for all those cases in HR who refuse to get dominated by her. Heights of micromanagement I had experienced here.

Likes

1. HR policies and other perks are interesting and 2. policies for learning opportunities , certification and courses are good. 3. opportunity to move to abroad.

Dislikes

1. you will not get time to attend / deliver any trainings / courses / certification. 2. Once you are sick you are on your own. 3. promotion percentage is too low. 4. Do not ever think about post enhancement (only responsibility increases, neither post nor salary)

Everything, there is nothing to like at WTC India. The management lacks experience of how to handle an organisation. No promotions or recognitions despite working hard. Will fire you overnight. Toxic work culture.

Likes

Friendly work environment and open to discussion culture. Colleagues are very supportive and polite. Huge office area with much gaming options. Company policies are employee benefits centric. Appraisals are on time with fair remarks. Bonuses are also rewarded to the employees every year. Team lunches, quarterly and Annual parties are massive.

Dislikes

To be more open to discussion with the employees on the Appraisals and their work performances.
