...e orally forced to reschedule. 6. The compensation is highly inflated on paper. They create loopholes and do not pay salaries in good faith. 7. DO NOT FALL for "HYBRID" work culture. They say but do not follow it. They will force you to come to office for no reason. Ultimately HR is incompetent and will leave everything upto your manager.

Dislikes

Office politics, favouritism, worst salary hike, Worst Managers, all managers unprofessional and with call centre background. Work pressure is so High and No extra hour compensation. No permanent job line. No learning. Nothing from personal growth or professional growth POV. Worst organisation for a Job

...culture and employee value. You have to stay back always. No extra compensation. Lot of politics and less salary and slow career growth. Better look for other option.

Favouritism Low class politics Job security Hike and retention bonus to selected persons 3 months non-negotiable notice peroid Strict shift timings... like in factories.. biometric system.. punch in time, if delayed by 10 mins HR will mark half day leave Pathetic appresial (except of 5 or 6 people) cannot name them here.. but you will find them around msc director most of the time , God knows only how they get 15-20% hike every year along with retention bonus
