They hold my salary approx one year the manager behavior against employee is not good special ( Laxman mohite & Deepak korte) and HR department not ready to give bifercaution on my salary they will haressed employee for resignation. There is no future for employee like us and they also take my signature on blank paper giving me threatens about my salary if i will not signed i did not get the full salary

Not a right company to work and grow. No value for right candidate. It's a lala company . Company culture is also worst.

No job security. 50%of salary is variable so if targets are not achieved you have to survive with 50%of your income. If you are scratching your bosses buts and bools you will be happy.

It is a good organisation to work with. Teammates are very friendly and co-operative. Good growth opportunities are there and work culture is acceptable. Overall my working experience of almost 10 years was satisfactory.
