They hold my salary approx one year the manager behavior against employee is not good special ( Laxman mohite & Deepak korte) and HR department not ready to give bifercaution on my salary they will haressed employee for resignation. There is no future for employee like us and they also take my signature on blank paper giving me threatens about my salary if i will not signed i did not get the full salary

...s of other things.. overall company management policies are good for employees.. only in sales your salary is dependent on your performance becouse here incentive part is bigger then your salary part. So it's a good organization for learning sales and business strategies .

Great working culture. Very supportive team leaders and managers. Office is in Pune City and accessible by public transport. Seniors are always accessible.

Dislikes

Salary. Few HR policies regarding working in the office. No cab service. No incentives. Slightly lacking in infrastructure supporting employees. No particular skill enhancements observed in myself or my colleagues.
