... be at home without pay. They eventually told each and everyone of us to resign. We gave our resignation because we were told that we will get 1 month salary if we resign.

I hardly used to like anything about WTMC! the training was too bad because the trainer was inefficient. God only knows who appointed her as a trainer. She really had no interest in what she was doing! I liked when Jitika and Vispi used to teach us sometimes, they really knew how to deliver the message correctly. Let's talk about job security, I was informed on a phone call to discontinue my work! I wasn't given any notice period or any warnings, the only reason which was given to me was that the company is going in losses due to the pandemic. The thing I hated most about WTMC was it's dirty politics. well all these things don't matter now!

Work environment was okay and work culture was really very bad. Management is not at all transparent and supportive very bias, lots of favouritism. Partial and doesn’t reward fairly. Salary hike and bonus were not at all good. They will hire them with 20% hike later they make you work like a shit and doesn’t even appreciate. They used us on various projects and kept us on 80% deduction and in return no help from the company in this COVID and non Covid situation , in fact company been doing a very good business since very long and they are doing very well in the market however no support at all to their employees.

Management doesn’t support their employees, doesn’t address our issues. Salary is okay and career growth is too slow. Had faced lots of obstacles during my tenure somehow after lot of struggle got a position of Team lead. The worst part of this company is that they didn’t had an enough finance to support their employees in this pandemic however they were managed to open and run another company called Spotnana which is offcourse travel company. So he paid salary to the employees with 80% deduction in WTMC like who ever were given a chance to work rest were lay offs however he observed few employees from WTMC to work with Spotnana and they were paid fully salary which was Paid pre Covid. I doesn’t understand if the company doesn’t have finance then how are they in a position to run another company in this pandemic. This seems very fishy and lots of doubt raised against about such companies running in India. We feel cheated and employees goes through rough time.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. Work politics is on a completely different level altogether. The CEO of the company is a spineless human being. Has no control over anything. Can see the employees are not happy about certain things but still wont do anything about it. Just waiting to get out of this company. Will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Well the company could not stand up during the covid situation and was shut down so that they can release all the employees and there was salary cut up to 70% during lockdown from March 2020.

Management was the biggest factor who were not able to take correct action and leadership was not at all up to to mark. More favouritism among TL and team TL not at all polite to their teams.

one of the Worst company i have worked with.Work culture is revolving around female.CEO prefers ladies thats why on higher managemnt you wont find any males.It is destructive company.Once you leave WTMC nobody highers you and position they offer internally is of no use once you leave WTMC.Nobody hires you once the recruitor or company sees WTMC name. Its a horrible experience of my 15 years of workung experience. I would sincerely advise not to join WTMC.rather join some good companys in the market.

Female centric and CEO listen to these females and jumps to conclusion without listening to the other parry.CEO doesnt behave like CEO ,he likes to know the small fighrs that happen or gossip that happen rather than concentrating on business.one woul feel like we are back to british rule like ghulam.Working hours are bad.Have to sit extra 2 to 3 hours after work to complete the job.
