Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's don't have any time maintaince and salary also not gave to the employees correctly and work also heavy and salary low and it don't have any improvement.... Am simply saying they totally west company. They can't understand the employees problems. And in the time of lockdown they can't understand custodian problems. And they want only work. They don't want employees safty. That's why am resigned my job.and I don't get my 1mnth salary.
