Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

only thing i like here is the supportive nature of the collegeaus..

salary structure is the main reason for emplyoees disatisfaction. there is no career growth and sometimes we need to work nearly 12-13hrs a day

Salary 30000 Take home 13000 only 17000 they deducted for van, foods and company facilities. Over politics. Preferences only for Shastri caste. Working mode is zero. Nothing to say about this company.

Salary gross payment in payslip 30000 But they provided only 13000 Very nice company. 17000 they deduct for company benefits. Just a glass building. But inside caste and politics
