Worst management system, in bangalore finace deportment is totally worst , every month salary not given properlly, HR is not asking employees problems. Every month collection guy will changed due to Srinivadan and Darshana torcher finace deportment. Company woner need to awere of this.

...any and much better than this company to join and save our life & career skills. There are Salary Increments & Position Increments in the company. I would not recommend this company to join to anyone in their whole life. So never join this company. Every month HR leave this company and new HR joins and then next month that new HR also leaves the company just because thereis no any work culture and employee satisfaction in this company.

There are no value of employees. Bus pick-up Drop service is too far from station. Unclear salary Structure and incentives. Untold increament and HR didn't have any data.🤣 Canteen facilities very poor. Tea quality is 3rd class. Everywhere cost cutting. Sunday working without food/ snacks allowance.

...ity to Grow Cariar. Find a Discrimination between Off Roll and On Roll Employee. They Gets Higher Salary for Same Work & Also Travel Allowance also get higher for On Roll. On Rolls also gets Saturday off.
