Salary is too much less according to the working hours and there is no chance of promotions or increments .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

They were not paying salary on time..........and if they send us onsite they were not paying money for our expense on time and TA, DA were not paid sometime we need to pay from our pocket... company promised to pay for petrol but didn't pay for it and after that I left the job because everytime i can't afford that expenses by my pocket...it seems like I m working there and also paying for that....
