... all open to new ideas and suggestions. I left the organization within 6 months. for 2 months they had no salary to pay and were expecting to perform out of the box. don't join this company. All of them carry a secret knife to stab you whenever needed

There is work life balance. Team mates are good. Salary is good.

There is Politics at the Promoter level itself. The Personal Ego and Arrogance of the Promoter will take the Company to a disaster level. There is personal bias by the Promoter inspite of Top Management staff not performing. Continuous growth is guaranteed if you feed the Promoter ego and in such a case, one does not need to perform efficiently at work.

...ing in this company is good if you don't want career growth,learn something new. Don't think about salary hike ,once we join here at a salary you will get the same for 10-15 years

I worked for Writer Information for three years and fully support for start operation in COVID period but when appraisal came, they not even increase my salary. One of the worst management seen in 14 years of career. HR also not supporting, they have not paid 12k of Group medical policy payment which I paid from my salary. I was mailed to HR head but she didn't reply.

...nce is exillent beacuse my senior is very supportive. My co-worker is very good.company police are good,and they give good salary as your work and given bonus in every year.

Managment section is not good for my time. I reported to my management he not responding well. my joining time i m waiting for the bonus.
