The salary policy is discriminated. Earlier it was told that salary is based on academic qualification, but now it is seen that someone else who is just a graduate and has five years experience in other field/sector is being paid double the amount I receive. Everyone is a fresher here, but the salary amount differs. Sometimes Sundays you have to work, and even if you take leave you have to be available for rework and taking office calls, and checking office mails.
