The corporate team from their Bangalore office is awesome and easy to communicate with. They are supportive and keep room for improvement. They need to improve on training sessions and give proper 1-month training instead of rushing into taking projects directly.

I worked at one of the Wurfel Franchises as a Designer. The franchise owner does not have a background in construction, design, or real estate, which makes it challenging to get approvals on design. The owner of the store was often quite rigid, leaving no room for designers to contribute their ideas. Unrealistic expectations were often set in front of clients by the owner, promising perfect execution without understanding of what that entails. This made it challenging for designers to follow through on these commitments. Additionally, it became clear that the franchise owner had not conducted proper research before purchasing the franchise, lacking a fundamental understanding of materials and design principles. Much of their seemed to come from watching YouTube videos, which affected my work style as a designer and to feel motivated or valued as an employee. I often got insulted in front of clients for putting some ideas or material combinations that weren't available on Pinterest or based on their own preferences. While there were opportunities to learn, the lack of industry knowledge and the unrealistic expectations created a frustrating work environment.

Job security is always a risk because of the existing senior employee ...if a senior don't like you ...your job is at stake, only problem here is the job security and growth..
