...t. Had to leave for personal reasons. But will join later if opportunity arises. Salary and perks are good.

Location is little far for swiggy and zomato to deliver as I stayed in campus.

...ucation or publications in top journals or anything that a faculty can think of. World class infrastructure with serene environment is a bonus.

There are many things that I enjoy, including the support from leadership, food, the culture, the pay, and many more. I found out that some negative groups are writing unhelpful reviews. I worked there for more than 2 years, and I was a witness to lots of ups and downs with a positive mindset. We must at least leave a positive impression even though nobody is permanent. Having an opinion with a small group of people does not imply that the university as a whole or any one individual is bad.

Dislikes

Only the distance from the city, but yes, that also has an advantage; I got peace and a natural environment.

1. Designers get complete Creative Freedom to think out of the box and produce innovative concepts. 2. Designers are given the opportunity to work on all kind of designs like digital ads, brochures, print ads, Marketing collaterals, events to name a few 3. The marketing team provides designers with idea references and are supportive to the ideas that the designers give 4. Scope to learn and improve 5. Work pressure is not much ****Advise to New Designers: If you are used to working according to certain templates and do not know how to use your own creativity, then you will not be able to work at Woxsen.

Dislikes

...the organisation without even having the decency of giving a proper resignation. They just take the salary and stop coming for work. Action must be taken against such irresponsible designers!

...and guidance to employees, creating a positive and encouraging work environment. They also offer competitive salaries that are always paid on time.
