nothing just offering high salary for short period of time because they believe in high hiring and firing

there is no management,no professionalism i am sharing my personal views kindly do not join this university first of all the location is very far away from city approx 70 km from hyderabad if u opt to go with bus the total time you are dedicating to university is 7 a.m to 7 p.m .no professionalism,there is very high level politics they will always do partiallity between south and north people also they favour telgu group.second deans there are just like acting dean HR and VP can throw you out at any point of time without any valid reason nor any prior intimation and notice period no recognition no appreciation long working hours toxic enviornment its a scam running by some people dont get trapped

- They provide good quality food during academic year starting and after that it comes down - Salary on time

Dislikes

- The people who live inside campus do only politics but not work. -The people who live outside campus they need to travel so they don't get time of politics. - Each department has one person of higher office. This perticular person does less work and more other kinds of works. - You are fully monitored through cameras. - Hiring and firing is their best practices. - Incompetent leadership gets accommodation inside the campus while competent person live outside - Gender imbalance does exist. The other gened creates issue for good people. Try to understand this point. - Serious issue regarding quantity faculty. So numerous complaint by students about class room quality. - They give a lot of trouble during your notice period. - They don't have healthy work culture. - People do the fake complaints. Some people made fabricated stories to eliminate others to capture and control office. - Good people don't get what they deserve while others get what they don't deserve.

...ucation or publications in top journals or anything that a faculty can think of. World class infrastructure with serene environment is a bonus.

1. Designers get complete Creative Freedom to think out of the box and produce innovative concepts. 2. Designers are given the opportunity to work on all kind of designs like digital ads, brochures, print ads, Marketing collaterals, events to name a few 3. The marketing team provides designers with idea references and are supportive to the ideas that the designers give 4. Scope to learn and improve 5. Work pressure is not much ****Advise to New Designers: If you are used to working according to certain templates and do not know how to use your own creativity, then you will not be able to work at Woxsen.

Dislikes

...the organisation without even having the decency of giving a proper resignation. They just take the salary and stop coming for work. Action must be taken against such irresponsible designers!

Likes

Woxsen University provides ample of opportunities and exposure in terms of research for faculties. There are opportunities to collaborate with multiple renowned researchers. Many eminent professors/researchers from global universities have been visiting Woxsen University and there is always opportunity share our interest areas and collaborate with them. In terms of teaching, there is freedom right from designing the course, pedagogy, inclusion of industry guests, etc. with the guidance from area chairs and associate deans. In terms of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, there are opportunities to organize large events, mentor students, even faculties. Woxsen University campus and its infrastructure is great providing a sense of international standards.

Dislikes

Accommodation is not provided inside the campus, so travelling from Hyderabad is bit difficult and time consuming.
