It's good to work in woxsen. I have overall 3years exp in woxsen. given owner ship of work and will take our suggestions in to consideration and recognition and on time salary

Dislikes

No appraisal on time, no incentive no week off when it's admissions closing time apart from that everything is good

Its an excellent workplace which was led by Leaders in the field of Education, Research and Teaching methodologies. Almost all paperless office and highly technically oriented functional style.

Dislikes

Employee welfare, Employee Engagement, work-life balance etc are good and career growth is always there for the continuous learners.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
