...c towards ground level employees who are working at the store for 10-12+ hours . Sales incentive is the biggest scam , they will not give your bonus for more than 6months ,. Incentive and Travel reimbursement are just another scam in which you will be told to do the payment and you will get it in next month,trust me you won't be getting your expenses for 6-8 months, Store members are not getting even 3 leaves in month which is their right and promotion hahahha, what should I say you won't be getting promoted here and even if you get you won't be getting any hike. Doesn't matter you are in which department you will be told to sell momos Most of the national leaders don't have much experience they were just team members at one time and now they are ops leader so you won't be learning anything from them also

...o culture here Off day 8hrs meeting, POULAMI ONLY ON LEAVE, WORKING FROM HOME. Alamgir Golder use less fellow, getting salary for nothing. Atul GM in ops, use less guy.....

Just you can get some liberty to work without poking thats it. After lockdown in 2020 , 2 to 3months 40% salary was provided.

Dislikes

No leaves or national holidays. PL and SL are very less, that too not approved by management. No job security. Company doesn't prefer lady employees in support staff. Still ancient methods and ideas used. Work culture is not all good. Positive approach does not happen. Being a food industry huge amount of wastage happens everyday but still staffs are not provided with meal.

...ronment is very good. One employee can learn many things from this organisation. Salary structure of this organisation is also very attractive. Individuals can grab a good package if they have potential. I found myself very happy joining this organisation.

.... Lower grade employees are helpfull. Celebration of secret Santa and birthdays. No delay in salary.

Dislikes

They does not value people. Misbehaving, physical torture sometimes. Use of slangs. You will be Mentally exhausted. No work life balance. Nothing fixed changing decisions. They even charge for office parking. Wasting companies money. All big names are looting Mr. Sagar
