The company was start-up so learning and growth was always an open oppurtunity. I had to manage the customer flow and the media for the company. It was growing fast and with less competetion in the market, it was a natural benefit for the company. The people working were mostly masters grads and freshers so the culture at work was very smooth. I got to learn a lot in a small time period because with higher positions came higher responsibilities.
